Association Documents
Seadrift Association is diligent in its regulatory compliance and documentation, adhering to requirements set forth in the Davis-stirling Common Interest Development Act, the primary legal framework for Homeowners Association (HOA) governance in California. This framework is the underpinning of a well-managed and successful HOA.
Association Guidelines
In this section you will find Seadrift’s governing documents - documents that define the association's structure, powers, and responsibilities, as well as the rights and obligations of its members. The purpose of these documents is to establish a framework for the operation and management of the community, ensuring a harmonious living environment and protecting the interests of all residents.
Here you will also find guidelines, disclosures, legal documents, and meeting minutes in support of the transparency and rigorous financial and organizational management Seadrift management and board aspire to.
